Flt Lt Jamie Norris opened his season at LIMA ’13.
We told you the display sounded good in our recent exclusive on old GAR – but now you can see for yourself:
Well done to Jamie, and the rest of the Typhoon Display Team – we look forward to seeing you display here in the UK!
Nice to get an extended glimpse (does that make sense?) of this year’s display. Love watching these aircraft, and am lucky enough to hear them airborne from Warton on working days, and occasionally to see them.
I don’t mind “dirty” passes, Alan, but that’s just my opinion 😉
I’m sorry but I see no place, EVER, for fighter aircraft displays with undercarriage down, EVER. I appreciate this is a flat display (in the main) but the amount of ‘spacer’ derry turns detracts, as does the frequent slow onset rates of roll and pitch in what is an extremely agile jet. I guess it’ll tighten up as the season progresses and it’s just my opinion… Good luck!
