Red Flag 17-4 took place at Nellis AFB, Nevada, between 14th and 25th August 2017, as the latest iteration of the long running series of realistic combat training exercises. Attracting participation from allied nations, alongside the US armed forces, the final Red Flag exercise of this year took place despite several cancellations in the weeks leading up to the exercise itself.
