One of the highlights of today’s flying display programme at the Royal International Air Tattoo, the Royal Air Force Red Arrows and British Airways Airbus A380.

The formation flew two fabulous passes over RAF Fairford earlier this afternoon, after which the A380 performed a spectacular missed approach before departing. These images were captured by photographer Jamie Hunter from the back seat of a 10th Red Arrows’ Hawk.
