On Sunday 28th April 2013 F-15E Strike Eagles from the 494th Fighter Squadron returned to their home base of RAF Lakenheath.
The six aircraft using callsigns Trend 11 to Trend 16 were deployed to the Middle East on operations. The aircraft returning were:

With the aircraft now home they will be grounded along with the rest of the 494th and 492nd as part of the sequestration cuts to the USAF.
Little did we know on Sunday that the 492nd would actually return to the air on 2 consecutive days this week. Storm, Shark & Gunny amongst the callsigns used.
I had expected we would see some flying from them as you can only do so much in the sim but didn’t expect it this week.
