A Snowy Centennial Airport

The Canadian PA-31T flew up from New Mexico and the long boom you can see is used for survey work and looks kind of cool!

M28 Skytruck (N305ST) has been flying around Colorado for many months, and, as it was snowing, I thought Iíd try to capture it in different conditions for a change. It was -10 degrees Celsius and snowing when I took the static shots.

The following day the sun came out and, as it was due to fly, I headed down to the apron once again, this time finding that it had been joined on the ramp by a second M28 that I hadnít actually seen before.

As reported in the M28 article, the Special Operations Squadron at Cannon AFB, NM are due to receive ten of these aircraft and there are currently four flying around but they have thus far retained their civilian identities; these are two of them.
